One room, one esthetician, your skin.

The Skin Office started as one treatment room above a bakery on Bedford Avenue, and one idea: that a facial should leave you understanding your skin better than when you walked in.
Noor Haddad trained as an esthetician in Los Angeles and spent a decade in busy medical spas before opening the studio in 2021. She missed knowing her clients’ skin over years rather than minutes, so the studio was built for exactly that: you see the same person every time, and every visit is written up.
The room is stocked with a handful of professional formulas, chosen for what is in them rather than who makes them. If we can’t explain an ingredient, we don’t use it.
Three house rules
Look first.
Every appointment starts with a close look under good light. We treat the skin in front of us, not the one on the booking form.
Less, consistently.
A short routine you actually follow beats a long one you don’t. We’ll often tell you to stop using something.
Write it down.
You leave with notes on what we did, what we saw and what to do at home, so the next visit picks up where this one ended.
The studio
A calm second-floor room on Bedford Avenue, five minutes from the Bedford L. Tea on arrival, no music you didn’t ask for.
