Before you come in
Which facial should I book first?
The Office Facial. It lets us see how your skin responds before we suggest anything more targeted. If you’d rather talk first, book a consultation and it’s credited to your facial.
Should I come with a clean face?
Come as you are. We double cleanse at the start of every treatment. Please skip retinoids and exfoliating acids for three days beforehand.
Will my skin look red afterwards?
Usually for an hour at most, a little longer after extractions. Most clients go straight back to work. We finish every facial with mineral SPF.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone on the waitlist. Late cancellations are charged at half the treatment price.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, in any amount, sent by email or printed in the studio.
