Leila found yoga at nineteen in a community hall in Lisbon and has practised every day since. She trained in hatha in Mysore, Kriya in Rishikesh and kundalini in New Mexico, then taught in Los Angeles for ten years before opening Sunhouse.

Precise in the morning, fluid at night.
